Shipping & Returns

We aim to deliver your order within 2 - 10 working days (but usually sooner) by our registered and reliable logistic partners.

The order is despatched within 24 hours if it is in stock. For customised order, delivery time may vary which will be informed over the phone/email. Goods should be delivered within 2-7 days from dispatch date within India. In international order the delivery usually takes 3-8 working days. Shipping charges for international deliveries will be displayed in shopping cart. However we offer free shipping policy for deliveries within India. You can call / email us anytime for enquiry. Your registered email id with us will be used for updates.

All goods dispatched from R Home will require a signature upon delivery, so someone needs to be in to receive the courier. Our delivery dept. will make two attempts to deliver the parcel; subsequent attempts will incur an additional charge. We can deliver to an alternative address, such as your work place or a family members address, but this must be stipulated at the time of ordering, as once an order has been dispatched any changes to addresses are not possible. Delivery times are usually between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

Undelivered Goods - If you are not in to receive your goods, your order will come back to us and we will update the status by email and phone call to you. An additional carriage charge will be applied to goods which are resend to you else the carriage charges will be deducted from the refund of your undelivered goods.

Shortages and Damages - must be notified to us within 24 hours from receipt of the goods. We will then take necessary action immediately.

Faulted/ Defective Goods - All are goods are checked and inspected before dispatch, however goods that are deemed as faulted by R Home will be replaced at the expense of us. It must be notified within 24 hours from receipt.

Incorrect Order/Product Errors - Though there is rarely any chance of sending an incorrect order, still if a product has been sent in error or a product has been incorrectly sized, please contact us where we will resolve any issues as soon as possible. Where errors occur goods must be returned to us, we will then replace the product with the correct item at our expense. Please notify us within 24 hours after receipt of goods.

Shipping charges for International Deliveries (Outside India)

Our reliable team of logistics always work towards giving best on time services at very low shipping charges. The shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the goods ordered; therefore it varies from product to product. There are minimum weight slab like 500 Gms, 1 k.g and so on. If the product weighs 250 Gms the courier charges will be calculated on minimum of 500 Gms, so the more you buy, more you save. Payments can be easily and safely transferred to us and we guarantee quick and quality product delivery. If for any reason you are not able to place an order or transfer money, please email us and we will immediately help you out.
