Q –How can I order at www.Rhome.in?

A- We have tried our best to keep this website convenient and user friendly. You have different product categories on the home page. Select the category and sub category you wish to buy. The products will be added to shopping cart. 

Once you have final selection in the shopping cart, re check the content, colour and quantity. Changing anything in cart is very simple, just edit the details and finally proceed for payment.  Fill in the necessary details on the secured payment page and you’re done!

You will get an email and SMS update from us to confirm your shopping details.

Q- Is it compulsory to make an Account in Rhome before purchasing anything?

A – No, it’s not mandatory to open an account for shopping at rhome.in, however opening an account with us helps in the following ways:

Access to some privilege promotions.

Email confirmation of your shopping

Auto fill option of details during shopping in future.

You can track your visit; past purchases thus help us in serving you better.

Your information will be confidential with us and we look forward to serving you better every time you visit/shop with us.

Q – Do you charge on shipping?

A – No, All our products are under free shipping scheme within India. However, nominal shipping charges apply on international deliveries.

Q – Can I modify/cancel my order?

A – Orders may be cancelled so long as they have not been dispatched by us; once the goods are dispatched you have to follow returns procedure. If you have ordered a product and wish to cancel it, please call or email us immediately to take an action.

Q – Can I exchange the goods after receiving them?

A- Yes, for most products you can exchange the unused goods. Please refer to exchange policy for details.

Q – Can I get Return/Refund on products purchased?

A- Yes, after getting the authorisation from us, the goods can be returned/ refunded. Please refer to refund and cancellation for details.

Q - Can I add to my order after it has been placed?

A- Yes you can add to your order, as long as the order hasn't been sent to despatch, but its best to contact us as soon as possible.

Q - How are curtains measured and packed?

A- All our curtains are made on order. The customer can ask for any number of curtains. We can assist you with the required measurement on phone (calculate the number of curtain required for the desired space). Curtains are stitched and packed as per your order. You can opt from different style of style from product page i.e. loop, eyelets, back loop, tie strings etc 

Most of our staff have been with us for many years, and have a good knowledge of products and are available to give helpful impartial advice over the phone.

Q - Can I place my order over the phone?

A – No, all orders has to be placed on website. However if you face any sort of problem while ordering online please call us for help.

Q - Can I have my order shipped to other address?

A- Yes shipping to an alternative address is no problem; the option is there to do this after the shopping cart.

Q – What if I receive incomplete/ in correct order?

A – In rarest of cases if you get an incomplete or incorrect order, please let us know within 24 hours and our team will get back to you with the solution. We will replace and send you the correct order immediately.

Q – What if I receive a damaged parcel?

A – Please DO NOT accept damaged parcel ad notify us immediately. All our parcels are properly packed and wrapped when dispatched from our warehouse. Notify us immediately to take the action.

Q – How to redeem a coupon / discount voucher?

A – You can redeem the coupon in the simple steps:

Select the product and quantity, click add to shopping bag.

Proceed to the payment page. You will see the coupon space to fill the code.

Click “Apply”, the final amount after discount will be reflected in the final page before you check into payment gateway page.

Q- How can someone become a Rhome member?

A – Anyone who purchases goods worth Rs.5000 is eligible to become Rhome club member. As soon as the billing amount reaches 5000 Rs. in total, we will notify the privileged customer with unique member number and details.

Q- What are the benefits of becoming a Rhome club member?

A – Rhome club member can enjoy various privileges’ and ongoing schemes on all products in future billing. In addition to this, the privileged member will get discount vouchers also. Please note that this discount will not be valid on special offers as they are already discounted. Club member will also receive gifts on special occasions.

Q – What are the delivery charges of international shipping?

A – The international shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered, the software adds up the weight of all units ordered and charges a single delivery fee. For e.g. if you order three products, you will be charged of the total weight under the specified weight slab and one delivery fee instead of three separate delivery charges.

The minimum weight taken into account is 250gms for domestic and 500gms for international shipments. There is an additional surcharge applicable on international delivery irrespective of weight.

For the customer’s convenience, the weight of the product has been automatically added to the product cost at the payment stage in case of international delivery.  The delivery cost of a consignment is calculated by multiplying the weight of the product with the slab rate.
